Humber College-Diploma in Early Childhood Education

My name is Florence and I am a recent graduate of the Early Childhood Education program at Humber College. I came from El Salvador to Canada in my early twenties, I speak English and Spanish. I enjoy working with children and creating an inclusive environment. I love creating programs that will help with the development of children. I strongly believe that building strong relationships with children and families is important for the good development of the child. I have experience working with children from 6 months to 12 years old. I also have experience working with children with special needs, especially those with Down Syndrome. I would like to expand my education and be able to work in-depth with children with special needs.
