I have 5 years of experience in Latin cuisine in Venezuela, Chile and now in Canada. I have worked for 2 restaurants in the last year. I have had the wonderful opportunity to be in different types of kitchens, with different types of influence and I have always felt comfortable since I love food and I enjoy being in the place where it starts to be prepared. This kitchen has received me wonderfully and it is a very nice experience to serve the little ones at home, I have a very demanding daughter and learning different preparations that nourish her and are also fun is very important to me.
