Hi, my name is Nancy. I am genuinely proud and honoured to have been selected to be a part of Newstead Academy. Through my experience as an early Early Childhood Educator, I have witnessed the transformative power of quality education and nurturing relationships in shaping the lives of young children. I am passionate about continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families, fostering a love for learning and supporting their holistic development. I will also prioritize various teaching methodologies that promote active learning, creativity, and problem-solving. I would also prioritize individualized attention and foster a sense of inclusivity and respect among the children. As for my hobbies, I find great joy in reading and exploring different genres of literature. Reading allows me to expand my knowledge, enhance my creativity, and relax my mind. Additionally, I find pleasure in spending time in nature, whether it’s going for walks, hiking, or simply enjoying the serenity of the outdoors. These hobbies help me to find balance and rejuvenate, enabling me to bring fresh perspectives and energy to my work as an Early Childhood Educator.
