Hello everyone! My name is Stellina and my journey in early childhood education began at the age of 16 when I had the opportunity to volunteer at a childcare centre in downtown Toronto. This experience ignited my passion for working with young children and inspired me to pursue a career in this field. At 18, I began working as an Early Childhood Assistant while simultaneously completing my diploma in Early Childhood Education. In 2021, I proudly graduated from Seneca College’s Early Childhood Education program. I am now in the final year of my Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, continuing to deepen my knowledge and skills in child development. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working with children of all ages in a range of roles within early learning settings. I am deeply passionate about early learning and believe that every child deserves access to high-quality child care. I firmly stand by the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child,” and I am committed to creating nurturing environments that support the four foundations of learning, helping children thrive, learn, and grow.
